Child Support What A Criminal Racket

So get this if a father gets behind on his child support payments this is what they state will do to him.

1- Take his drivers license
2- Throw him in jail
3- Place him on supervised probation for up to 10 years
4- Give him a Felony Record

Even if the father and ex-wife agree on terms the state will destroy the father and drive a wedge between him and his children. If the father loses his job, has a major medical problem, has fallen on hard times he will be incarcerated. This is the truth.

After reading more about this I found out that the clearing houses for child support go through the US Federal Reserve banks. Meaning that interest and fees get paid to the private bankers.

This is outrageous that over zealot prosecutors and Judges can ruin a mans life, also destroy what little family they have left. When pedophiles, murderers, and other criminals just walk in and out of prison every day a good father can be executed for trying to be a good father. Emotional support is more important than money.

I have a friend that is going through this and him and his children are VERY  VERY close. The family courts are supposed to do whats in the best interest of the children and it is obvious that they are doing whats in the best interest of the bankers.
